Description
InfraSauna (IDEAL 1 GLASS) with a fully glazed front and carbon fiber heating elements – designed for 1-2 people.
The cabin can be placed indoors, requires no water or drainage, and is plugged into a standard grounded socket (230V). Its maximum energy consumption is 1712 W. The infrared sauna is highly economical, heats up within minutes, and a session lasts about 30-45 minutes.
This is one of the smallest and most compact infrared saunas, suitable for one larger adult or two slimmer adults or children. It takes up very little space, making it easy to place in a free corner of a room, a storage area, or a glazed balcony.

Usage Recommendations:
- It is recommended to wear minimal clothing while using the infrared sauna, as certain materials absorb or reflect infrared rays, reducing their effectiveness.
- Start using the sauna 5-10 minutes after turning it on—no need to wait 40-60 minutes like with traditional saunas, saving time and electricity.
- Most people begin sweating heavily within 15-20 minutes. Since infrared saunas induce more intense sweating than traditional saunas, drink plenty of water before, during, and after the session to stay hydrated. It is advisable to place a towel on the bench to absorb sweat.
- Taking a hot shower before the session enhances sweating.
- A full session lasts about 40-45 minutes.
- If you have injuries, massage the affected areas during the session and keep them close to the heaters to improve circulation.
- After the sauna, rinse off with warm water only—avoid soap, shampoo, or other products.
- Do not cool down with cold water immediately after the session. If possible, continue sweating in bed, as infrared rays penetrate up to 4 cm into the body (up to 4 times deeper than traditional saunas), meaning you may continue sweating even after the session.
