The chamber features a minimalist design. To create a more comfortable, premium experience, we recommend the following:
- Keep the Environment Cool. The air inside the pressurised chamber naturally warms up, so the internal temperature is typically around 5–10°C higher than the room temperature. If the room temperature is high (≥25°C), consider cooling the room or using a fan or air conditioning. The chamber should be used in a well-ventilated, dry environment.
- Personal Comfort. You can place a mattress or additional padding inside the chamber. Important: Choose products made from natural fibres, such as cotton or linen, as friction-induced static electricity can cause electrostatic discharges.
- Easy Maintenance. The chamber is designed for easy cleaning and ventilation. Simply leave it open after each use to allow moisture to evaporate.

Safety and Operating Guidelines
- Avoid synthetic materials that tend to accumulate static electricity, as electrostatic discharges may pose a hazard in an oxygen-enriched environment.
- Do not release the pressure too quickly or unzip the chamber prematurely, as this may cause ear discomfort or injury to the eardrums. Never unzip the chamber until the internal pressure has returned to zero.
- During normal start-up and shutdown, open and close the valve slowly. During a session, you may make small adjustments to the pressure-release valve to help relieve ear pressure. Avoid frequent or excessive adjustments.
- Clean the chamber regularly and wipe away internal moisture. When the chamber is not in use, leave it open to allow moisture to evaporate. Failure to clean it regularly may lead to dirt and residue build-up.
